The fourth of July is a special day of remembrance as we all celebrate an event that is bigger than ourselves. This year marks the 236th year since the Declaration of Independence was signed declaring the nation’s independence. Since that day, the United States has stood out as a beacon of democracy, hope and freedom.
The United States officially gained its independence twelve years later with the end of the Revolutionary War. In order to achieve that accomplishment, and because of many other events, many have sacrificed various ways in helping to build the greatest nation the world has known. We owe many people an enormous amount of gratitude for making such sacrifices for the freedoms we enjoy today.
The worlds longest standing nation continues to face significant challenges, but there is still an opportunity for a bright future ahead of us. This is due to the spirit of the American people will never be broken. This American spirit will continue to strengthen everyday and galvanize against threats to maintain this great nation.
It is Americans ingenuity, courage and dedication remains unmatched as they work to create a better life not just for themselves, but more importantly for our children and grandchildren.
We owe so much as we remember the accomplishment of this day, and celebrate our Independence Day. Lets begin to express our appreciation by offering a sincere and simple thank you.
Thank you to that group of men known as our nations Founding Fathers for taking the risk to achieve the vision they saw for our freedoms. Thank you to every person that fought for our independence. Thank you to every person that has fought to defend those United States. And thank you to all the American people, who are the backbone of our great nation.
So, have a happy 4th of July as you celebrate with friends and family! Do not forget to appreciate the time! It’s the American families that make up the backbone of our nation!
